Pynapple is a light-weight python library for neurophysiological data analysis. Developed by the Peyrache lab, the goal of this package is to offer a versatile set of tools to study typical data in the field.
Currently under development, Pynacollada is a collaborative platform for high-level analysis with pynapple.
